2020 was a difficult year for all of us. Our focus during the pandemic was to minimize the risks to our workforce and to avoid any potential disruptions to our manufacturing process as well as shipment delays to our customers.
This year, we see companies moving forward, expanding their operations, getting back to work and planning for the future, and we are happy and excited to be a part of that growth.
Despite this good news, there are still challenges ahead. Most manufacturers worldwide, including D&P, continue to experience significant disruptions to their supply chains, with much longer lead times for raw materials and components. Along with longer lead times, material shortages are also a reality for us in 2021. We are doing everything we can to mitigate these disruptions, and provide our customers with excellent service and quality products, but lead times have increased for orders placed with us.
We ask all of you to let us know as soon as possible about upcoming projects, so that we can work proactively to get the needed materials and components in-house as quickly as possible to produce and ship your orders.
